Homeowners Associations (HOAs):
We specialize in HOAs, Condominiums, PUDs, Timeshares, Co-op, etc. We serve the Board and Management Company as well as homeowners for various filing requirements.
Audit/Review/Compilation
We perform required Audits, Reviews and Compilations in accordance with several governing bodies and governmental codes. We work with many management companies, board members and homeowners, in HOA’s and commercial CIRAs, to make sure they remain in compliance with relevant rules and regulations. The reports are in accordance with the appropriate Audit and Accounting Guide for Common Interest Realty Associations (CIRA). With many years of experiences as auditors in the CIRA industry, we are able to perform excellent services our clients deserve.
Income Tax
We keep ourselves current on relevant code sections for our clients in filing various required tax returns. Our calendaring system keeps track of various due dates for all of our clients so that they can depend on us for all of their filing requirements.
